Matt from Morris Last came and removed my old electric storage heaters and water tank and replaced with a boiler and central heating system. When Matt initially visited the property I felt impressed with his ideas to install the new system and problem solve issues. When the job started I was glad I had gone with Matt as he picked up a few issues with the install and the property but also provided lots of options to work around them. I would highly recommend Matt for any of your heating or plumbing needs. He recently installed our new boiler, replacing a somewhat archaic monstrosity. Matt’s punctuality and strong work ethic were evident throughout the entire process. Additionally, his attention to detail in completing the pipework was beyond impressive. Fantastic service, had a very difficult leak to find. Before accepting defeat myself I’d ripped all my upstairs flooring up, inspected everything I could think of and found nothing! I was at my wits end. I had to call in back up. It was no problem for Matt. Came round to the house the same day, sniffed out the problem faster than a well trained bloodhound! Great communication and easy to get hold of. Thoroughly explains what any issues are and what’s likely to happen down the line…. Always gives his recommendations before doing any work.

Matt serviced our boiler and was very thorough in terms of checking the safety of the heating system and resolving any issues. We also asked him to quote for some replacement radiators. The quote was fair and he came back to fit the radiators within the week. There were issues due to the ridiculous setup of our ancient heating system, but Matt sorted them out and he was excellent at answering our questions and explaining potential solutions. Brilliant standard of work, we'll definitely use Morris-Last in the future.
